hard to review when there are no definitions for the stars....does one star mean that i would do everything in my power to keep my friends from using them..if so...then what would no starts mean? does 5 stars mean they are the best thing to hit AZ since running water...does 3 stars rate like a monsoon...don't like it..but it is necessary? If I were Perkins...I would hire a group that knew how to do a survey, weren't introducing viruses into my clients' systems and get my money back from u...whatever u are charging it's too much. more

We retained Perkins for our AC services on the recommendation of the previous owner of the home we purchased. For several years we have been very satisfied with the AC/heating services we have received from Perkins. more

Excellent service by Ivan and John 7/10/2016

Ivan and John did a great job of repairing our damaged Air Handler pan and cleaning up after themselves. They were very conscientious in keeping our house and especially the carpets clean as they went back and forth from the attic to their truck. We hope to use your company and specifically these two gentlemen again when we have HVAC issues. We are also very happy with the service from Matt in the office in our dealings with him. more

We have always received prompt response to emergency requests. The ongoing annual service contract is administered to our satisfaction. We are confident that the Perkins folks have our concerns for heating and cooling as a priority in their business practice. more

A/C out, called in 10 AM & fixed by 3 PM 7/9/2016

Not Trane's or Perkins fault, but nibbling ground squirrels. Squeezed us in on short notice, repaired & recommended preventive measures. more

Matt is always reliable. Ed is awesome. 7/6/2016

Our AC went out a few weeks ago and we had a service call on it at that time. It was only temporarily fixed at that time. One week later the AC failure started again, I called the office right away, it was 4:00pm, I have a big realtor tour the next day, and Matt picked up the phone! Yay! He said hold on and then comes my second hero, Ed! He came out 20 min. later, fixed the problem and off we went with a successful tour. Thank you bunches Matt and Ed! more

J.R. Perkins installed our new units and one of them has not been working properly since installation. They have not been interested in working with us to fix it and are not treating customers like family as advertised or promised. They aren't even interested in customer satisfaction or retention. We chose them because the owner is a Marine vet just like one of us. Lesson learned. Vet your AC company carefully before you buy new units. more
