We just relocated to Scottsdale from Chicago and being new to the area comes with some nervousness about new vendors. JR Perkins was the company that came to do an inspection on our HVAC equipment at home purchase. They have been extremely honest (even when it wasn't so easy to be because our a/c units need work right away), fair and trustworthy! They took the time to explain our situation to us and gave us plenty of partnership ideas to choose from. We had many of their staff come through the house to talk with us and each one was so nice and had a willingness to partner with us for the care of our home. We needed to have one of the entire units replaced. Jake and Zack came to the house, covered the entire floor with cloths, and cared for our new home as much as we do! They cleaned up everything, were super friendly, and even asked us if the cleaning they did was good for us. I would highly recommend them, no matter what your HVAC situation was. They know so much and will care for your home as much as you do.
