hard to review when there are no definitions for the stars....does one star mean that i would do everything in my power to keep my friends from using them..if so...then what would no starts mean? does 5 stars mean they are the best thing to hit AZ since running water...does 3 stars rate like a monsoon...don't like it..but it is necessary? If I were Perkins...I would hire a group that knew how to do a survey, weren't introducing viruses into my clients' systems and get my money back from u...whatever u are charging it's too much.
