I have been a customer of JR Perkins for over 15 years and am confident in their work and advise.

Worst

The service recently preformed should have been done during the April seasonal service. That was what I thought I was paying for. I'm unhappy paying for seasonal service and payin...

Actually came rescheduled to come a day earlier, great service experience 5/15/2016

Checked out AC to get it ready for summer. They tested all the the electrical and pressure systems and advised me of what to expect with a system of this age. Prompt, friendly and knowledgeable service. more

Satisfied Customer since 1984 5/14/2016

J.R.Perkins does it right! They have done an excellent job for me for 32 years now. There are many other A/C service companies in the valley. Over the years, I have called a few about servicing my Heat pumps, but always choose J.R.Perkins. They come when they say they will, call ahead when on they way, do what they said they would do for the price they said they would. They always explain exactly what they did, even showing me if I request them to. In 32 years I've never had a major failure and they responded same day when my outdoor motor went out. Their office personnel and technicians are knowledgeable and respectful. I'm perfectly satisfied with the best, so I choose J.R. Perkins. more

J. R. Perkins makes everything so easy. Appointments are scheduled in a timely manner. The technicians are courteous. I was unable to be at my home when they serviced my unit, so the technician called me and explained what was needed and the cost. The are a five star plus company. more

They explained everything to help me select the best air conditioner for my house. Didn't try to pressure me to buy the most expensive. The installation went exactly as they said it would. They came back a month later to make sure everything was running correctly. I would definitely recommend them. My husband and I were very pleased. more

Service was in our best interest. 5/2/2016

The only disappointment was in waiting so long to give us the advice to get a new air conditioner. Instead of our spending the money in January on an appt. we should have been advised to get the new air conditioner right away since that was the advice they gave us the next month when we asked. more
