She did a really good job every one is very nice but when I when to pay the guy charged me for too many nail polishes I payed for two when I only bought one. dont feel like going ...

Love Lauren Michelle! 7/14/2011

Today, I cut a significant amount of my hair off to donate to Locks of Love. I was a little nervous, but she did a great job encouraging me and reassuring me that the new bob would look great...which it does!! I've gotten tons of compliments on the new look. I always love the job Lauren Michelle does with my hair :) more

Pedicure 7/14/2011

The young woman who gave my pedicure was new and did a pretty good job. The polish came out a little streaky and she redid it and it looked great. I usually see Roxanne but since her schedule is nearly all weekday and no evenings it is hard for me to book with her anymore. This young woman will be very good after some additional experience. I had the same experience last time with EliAbeth. I had to give them a lot of direcLtion to get what I wanted. You may want to consider a reduced rate for these newbies until such a time as they are more experienced. Ihloff charges more and the customers expect more which is hard to deliver right out of cosmetology school. Of the two Elizabeth was obviously more experienced. I rebooked with Roxanne and will go to her all I can. I will go to the others when I can't see Roxanne. more

Excellent 7/12/2011

I have been seeing Daniel at the Utica Square Location for the last 9 years. Staff at the front desk always says Hello as soon as i walk in the door and quick to assist me. I consider Ihloff's the best Salon in Tulsa if not Oklahoma. Keep up the food work! Warmest Regards, Christie more

I always enjoy massages at Ihloff Utica Square. Next time I'll schedule earlier in the day so I can enjoy a steam shower afterwards... didn't realize that I booked yesterday's appointment so close to closing time. more

Hair cut 7/9/2011

I've been going to Kelly Shuck for ten years and she is awesome. I consistently get a great hair cut. The service overall is always very good. Way overkill on the confirming the appointment thing. Four touch points is TOO much. Once I click yes and say I am confirming that should be it. A call, text and two emails goes past helpful to annoying. more

Great Hair cut, Color and Overall Experience. 7/6/2011

Had a great appointment with my regular stylist: Kellie Shuck. She is wonderful and does a great job coloring my stuborn gray hair. Cute cut and out the door in a timely manner. I highly recommend. more

Best salon in Tulsa! 7/6/2011

I was growing my hair out to donate and cut it off yesterday along with getting new color too. As always, it was an amazing experience! Rhett is the best!!! I also enjoy the complimentary hand massages. Totally lovin my new color and style! Plus I left seven ponytails to be sent in as a donation. Thanks for making my day! more

Unprofessional 7/5/2011

I was dissapointed when the call center contacted me to cancel my hair appointment one day before the appointment. Only to tell me it would be 3-4 weeks before I could reschedule. I am happy to pay a premium price for good service, the callers were unfriendly and unprofessional. The stylist was 100% aware of the problem and did not to help, another dissapoinment. The overall attitude of everyone involved was terribly surprising. more

Massage with Tad was absolutely one of the best I've ever had. Unfortuntely we had also booked pedicures, and they left something to be desired. The paint was already coming off the next night, and one of the pedicure girls was very snotty and just shy of being rude. more

Nails not worth it 7/2/2011

I love everything about ihlofe's except the nail services. It is a total waste of time and money. You can get much more for both at any quick service nail salon; you just won't get the wonderful aveda smell or products. Very disappointing. more

I drive nearly 45 minutes to get my hair done at Ihloff Salon, and every time I leave, I know my trip in was worth it. Christina Meanwell has been my stylist for the past 2 years and is truly a professional at what she does. She always makes me feel special and provides the highest level of customer service. more

Review - Massage & Blow-Out 6/29/2011

I received a massage and a blow-out. The massage was great and the stylist was wonderful also. My only issues involved their administration. I had to rearrange my appointments since my original hair stylist called in sick that morning, which resulted in me having to cancel a planned facial since they couldn't accommodate all of my services at their original times due to their staff calling in sick. In addition, they called me at 9:00 that Saturday morning and woke me up. Also, I was taken to the lounge area to change and was NOT told that it was a unisex locker room. I about had a heart attack when a man came out of the bathroom as I had been half clothed only seconds before. This was VERY upsetting, and it needs to be explained very clearly to any new clients that it is a unisex dressing room. However, the services were wonderful, as were the professionals that provided them. more
