She did a really good job every one is very nice but when I when to pay the guy charged me for too many nail polishes I payed for two when I only bought one. dont feel like going ...

My services were great! Please let the front desk know if you take "SpaFinder" and "Salon Wish" gift cards. You are listed on their website but the front desk didn't know how to input the gift cards. No biggie....just would like to use them next time! more

Loved my facial with Brooke! It is always relaxing and yet educational. She gives great tips for taking care of my skin and let's me know which products would most help me at that time without making me spend a ton of money on unnecessary products. more

I saw Ashley Buckmaster at Utica Square and she is wonderful!! She gives you that perfect "haircutting" experience. She also knows her stuff like no other. I told her nothing and she made me look awesome. I can't wait to see her again!! more

Friendly Staff 5/23/2011

This was my first visit to the salon. The front desk staff was very friendly. My stylist Al Disney was awesome. My hair is short and was bleached white. She applied I think 4 different colors and it turned out amazing. Thank you so much Al! The shampoo experience was the best I had ever experienced. The staff comes by and asks the stylist which products she used on your hair and then filled a little basket so if you wanted to purchase them they were already put together. I will definitely be a returning guest. more

There are so many experienced stylists at Ihloff that despite the level of stylist, the haircut turns out to be what you want. If an adjustment is needed they are accomodating. more
