I was dissapointed when the call center contacted me to cancel my hair appointment one day before the appointment. Only to tell me it would be 3-4 weeks before I could reschedule. I am happy to pay a premium price for good service, the callers were unfriendly and unprofessional. The stylist was 100% aware of the problem and did not to help, another dissapoinment. The overall attitude of everyone involved was terribly surprising.
