She did a really good job every one is very nice but when I when to pay the guy charged me for too many nail polishes I payed for two when I only bought one. dont feel like going ...

Ok massage 7/29/2011

I prefer this location to Memorial, however it seems every time I find a good massage therapist they leave! Stephanie was my favorite, but is no longer there. Sue does a good job too. I really like it when the let me pick my oils however the last few times I went I had no say. :( more

My first visit on Tuesday was excellent. I was very impressed with everyone that I met during my appointment. My stylist, Tamira, listened to what I wanted and took the time to give me the best cut I've had in years. I appreciated being told what products were used and purchased what was recommended. I highly recommend Tamira and look forward to my future visits. Thank you for providing such a professional, clean and relaxing salon for your clients. more

clean, orderly, great products always. Several polish areas on my skin around thetoenails & hard to remove. No huge deal. I always enjoy the pedicure staff you have. Interesting people. more

The pedicure experience was very average. The quality of my pedicure was very good, but the environment was pretty blah. I think the music should be turned up a bit or it should be moved into the hair area so there are things to look at during the pedicure. more

Regular customer - great experiance as usual 7/23/2011

The only reason I'm putting 4 stars (not 5)is because this was just a routine haircut appointment. Every thing went smoothly, my hair looks great, etc. However there was nothing extra-ordinary, over-the-top, problem-solved, etc. So all-in-all I always recommend Ihloff for quality work and customer service. more
