The young woman who gave my pedicure was new and did a pretty good job. The polish came out a little streaky and she redid it and it looked great. I usually see Roxanne but since her schedule is nearly all weekday and no evenings it is hard for me to book with her anymore. This young woman will be very good after some additional experience. I had the same experience last time with EliAbeth. I had to give them a lot of direcLtion to get what I wanted. You may want to consider a reduced rate for these newbies until such a time as they are more experienced. Ihloff charges more and the customers expect more which is hard to deliver right out of cosmetology school. Of the two Elizabeth was obviously more experienced. I rebooked with Roxanne and will go to her all I can. I will go to the others when I can't see Roxanne.
