was reluctant to make 2nd appt because of the cost ($130), but whitney did such a great job the first time in coloring to blend in with my gray as it grew out that i figured it was worth it. however, when i went to pay my tab 2nd visit, it was $143 and i was told "she must have got a promotion". i think that cost should be passed to the owner, not the customer. unless there are coupons, specials, etc., i will most likely not be able to afford a next visit. thanks
