Tracy, the manager at Ihloff in Utica Square has no idea how to handle a 'complaint'. I went in for a color fix and the color came out worss than when I went in. I understand how it can be difficult to get the color right, but to pay $255 for it and it turn so wrong is unreal. Tracy actually 'argued' with me about it being 'my fault' as I had signed off on what I thought was just a form in case my hair fell out! The sylist did not have me actually read it. Awful experience with this manager. I sure when everything is great, she's fine. But the the 'expertise' in being a manager is how they handle a customer complaint. She is the worst I have ever dealth with and I've been in the business world for 35 years. As a professional. I will write a letter to her supervisor, Susan, in the very near future.
