The only reason I'm putting 4 stars (not 5)is because this was just a routine haircut appointment. Every thing went smoothly, my hair looks great, etc. However there was nothing extra-ordinary, over-the-top, problem-solved, etc. So all-in-all I always recommend Ihloff for quality work and customer service.
