She did a really good job every one is very nice but when I when to pay the guy charged me for too many nail polishes I payed for two when I only bought one. dont feel like going ...

I love my stylist. I did not like the fact that I had to make my own appointment for my hair. The last time I had an employee come over to us, and ask me for my next appointment. I really like that. I know you are watching costs and maybe can't afford this person but it helped me. No one offered to show me any products I might need. Overall still the best! more

Wonderful experience 9/19/2011

My friend and I try to squeeze in a massage every few months or so. We have tried other Spa's but have not been as satisfied as we are with Ihloff, Utica Square location. Our therapist's John and Terry were masters at the technique! We will continue using your services in the future. We are hooked! more

I had a hot stone massage administered by Jerry. He was very skilled and professional. I would not hesitate to book him again. The atmosphere was peaceful. All the staff were exceptionally cordial and helpful. more

Everything about the experience was soooo pleasant and relaxing. Brook gave me a facial and peel and all of the extras were terrific! The whole atmosphere was geared to make me rest and enjoy the experience. more

I was very disappointed with my hair. The color was completely differant than i asked for. And some african american girl was singing and yelling the music and i couldnt even hear my stylist. Wont be back to utica more

I had a foil and haircut with Al at the Utica salon yesterday and I got the best color and cut I have ever had in my entire life. I have been to salons all over the country and will continue to plan my trips to Tulsa so I can have my services done with Al. Thank you ihloff for a wonderful experience! more
