Review content:
I was at the Marilyn Ihloff location earlier this week having a lovely time getting my hair done. A stylist a few chairs away, who was clearly pregnant, with a big cute belly, when a Supervisor told her no because they had scheduled someone over her lunch. The poor girl looked devastated but managed to muster up a beautiful smile across her face. This is the third time I've been there and seen someone bullied out of a lunch. The first two times the girls didn't appear to be pregnant. I must say they have a staff of beautiful and friendly stylists, and massage therapists!, but the management including Marilyn seem VERY cold a lot of times. If a business has no respect and doesn't care about their own employees how can we as customers expect them to care about us? After numerous times observing them treat their employees badly I'm finally done. I'll take my money to a friendlier setting all around. I sure hope some of those unfortunate workers escape for greener pastures. Some employers really do value you girls! Keep your heads up! P.S. The workers are 5 star worthy and the management is 1/2 star so I give 2. Shelley
