I scheduled manicures and pedicures for my daughter and I last Friday for mother/daughter time and preparation for her weekend wedding. Your nail staff was rude and frustrating from the moment we arrived. My daughter needed a nail repaired because it had broken off-"no, we don't do that". Couldn't do what she wanted done to her nails because you didn't allow enough time. Asked them to just take off the polish she had and do a regular manicure. First said didn't allow enough time for that because it would take an extra 10 minutes of soaking. Next you didn't have any acetone to remove the present polish. Bottom line a salon with your reputation couldn't manage to do a manicure on a bride! How sad is that especially when your staff was told it was a special day for us. Instead they were rude and made us feel extremely uncomfortable to the point my daughter was even apologizing to them for wasting their time with her appointment. Pedicure went better but the morning was already ruined. The manicure I received was less than professional. The girl who did mine had hands and nails that looked dirty and unkept. Certainly not reassuring of what mine would turn out to look like. In fact it was disgusting and I wish I had followed my first instinct which was to get up and leave when the attitude first started with my daughter. My daughter and I both agreed we won't be back.
