The outcome of a service call from Horizon Pest Control depends on the technician you get. I like the technician I have now. His name is John and he is extremely thorough. All in all, Horizon has really helped me a lot and I really appreciate the company. Their customer service is excellent. Their technicians are all excellent as well, but I would really like to make sure I keep the one I have now.
When I call the office everyone is so nice. They are very helpful, nice, and professional. They try to accommodate dates that fit both the technician's and my own schedule. They call promptly and always give correct information. If they say he's coming, I know he's coming.
