He performed a very efficient and clean installation, taking the time to make sure no gas leaks were present at every connection point. Rick came over to check the HVAC system for the winter. While I was ready to spend money on new filters and other accessories, he showed me that it was unnecessary - saving me hundreds of dollars. What could have been a costly "free" visit ended up saving me time and money in the long run. more

Jon Miller was outstanding in keeping me up to date on the status and scheduling of the repair through both phone calls and text messages. He was on time and explained in detail all his findings and options to make the repair. Once a date was set it was amazing how much coordination was involved through Jon, the Office and the Crew. This included 2 separate cement trucks, the dump truck and the power company truck to brace the power pole that was near the repair site. The Work Crew took such care to protect the yard and to remove and replace the fence. They also created an emergency relief hole until the permanent repair was made. I would like to acknowledge the crew (Armando R, Fernando, Alex, Erasmo, Armando L. and Detlef) for their quality of work and detail to the cleanup afterwards. Before starting the repair I was given an exact price and told there would be no surprise fees added. This was true and the repair was done in one day. Doctor Fix-It came highly recommended to me by my neighbor and I would also like to highly recommend them. One last comment is that because the mainline had collapsed, this was not a pleasant time for the household but Jon helped to make this experience less stressful by having an emergency relief hole created until the permanent repair was made. Oli returned today to fine tune a furnace cleaning we had done recently. He quickly discovered the issue and corrected it. He also unscrewed and cleaned a downstairs vent at no charge to us. He is an excellent technician and we really appreciate his upbeat attitude and technical skills. more

Tech did a great job! Put down pads so the area he worked in remained clean. He did a full inspection to determine the exact spot the pipes were clogged and thus saved me money. He did not have to clean multiple drains because he knew what he was doing and found the problem. I was so impressed that I will call Doctor Fix-It for all my services now! Justin Brown installed our 2 ceiling light boxes before we had attic insulation installed. He made sure he understood where we wanted them located, measured and gave some suggestions re placements.
