Justin B had great customer service skills, was very patient and had great communication through out the whole experience. I had 3 different people come out from different companies and they were awful and the problem kept coming back because nothing was actually ever fixed..... Justin was determined and didn't give up till he found the issue! Now the furnace is running like new!
