Jon Miller was outstanding in keeping me up to date on the status and scheduling of the repair through both phone calls and text messages. He was on time and explained in detail all his findings and options to make the repair. Once a date was set it was amazing how much coordination was involved through Jon, the Office and the Crew. This included 2 separate cement trucks, the dump truck and the power company truck to brace the power pole that was near the repair site. The Work Crew took such care to protect the yard and to remove and replace the fence. They also created an emergency relief hole until the permanent repair was made. I would like to acknowledge the crew (Armando R, Fernando, Alex, Erasmo, Armando L. and Detlef) for their quality of work and detail to the cleanup afterwards. Before starting the repair I was given an exact price and told there would be no surprise fees added. This was true and the repair was done in one day. Doctor Fix-It came highly recommended to me by my neighbor and I would also like to highly recommend them. One last comment is that because the mainline had collapsed, this was not a pleasant time for the household but Jon helped to make this experience less stressful by having an emergency relief hole created until the permanent repair was made.
