I took my car in for repair for the first time since I bought it. I have a 2008 Kia Spectra and took it to Dick Hannah Kia at the Vancouver Auto Mall.\r
My appointment was for 7 am, which is when they open. I was there 10 minutes early. Devin opened the door before 7 and started my paperwork. Devin was quick, efficient and knowledgable. I asked if I could have my car back by 3pm and he said he would see what he could do. He offered me shuttle service and made sure he had all the information needed quickly.\r

I had a phone call by 11:30 stating that my car was ready. I was very impressed. They fixed the issue as well as a recall that I was unaware of. \r

When I went to pick up my car, there were no hassles and I was out of there in less than 5 minutes with a fixed, clean car.\r

I will be sure to take my car to Dick Hannah Kia in Vancouver for any other service or repair I may need!\r
