While having a second key programmed for my new Challenger, I noticed that the chrome on one of the wheels had a slight bubble. Kerry inspected it & didn't hesitate to order a replacement. A week later, the wheel had arrived, it was installed & I was on my way. Thus far, everyone at the dealership has been a pleasure to work with & very professional.
