Excellent service and professionalism. Staff are very accommodating of needs such as shuttle service and attentive in listening to customer concerns about the proposed repair. I would highly recommend the Dick Hannah Dealerships for vehicle service. I had a difficult-to-deal-with after-market warranty company, but Paul followed through three times to get the claim approved!
