I've been using Carpet Dryclean services for 20 years! They called ahead, they were on time, they wasted absolutely no time. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for perfection in carpet cleanliness! Be sure to ask for Elmer & Ramon... they are the best!!! more

embarrassing disgusting teenagers floors 11/6/2010

My older teenage kids had nearly destroyed the carpeting in their bedrooms. I cleaned two of the rooms with a rental machine but that was pretty bogus. We called Carpet Dryclean. They quoted us a figure. Ferdi & Dan came out and got it done. Good job guys. I would highly recommend these folks. \r more

Very polite! 11/4/2010

Carlo and Joe were very polite. Carlo was especially friendly and explained the whole process. The only negative was that a couple spots reappeared a day after they cleaned. I will call to see if there's anything that can be done about it. Appreciate the superior service! more

Professional and Polite 11/4/2010

Chalk up another excellent review. Your employee, Miguel Polo, showed up early and actually apologized for it. Never a bad thing in my book. I told him that was quite alright. Very polite and respectful. Explained every aspect of the procedure, what the product was, and how it works. The difference in my carpet is night and day. Thanks for a great job Miguel! We'll be calling you again, that's for sure! more

Great Carpet Cleaning! 11/3/2010

I had been procrastinating for weeks and weeks about getting my carpets cleaned. The usual carpet companies I used would promise the carpets would be dry and ready to walk on in a couple of hours. Well it would ALWAYS be at least 24 hours and they would still be damp. Hard to keep the kids and the pets off of them. So I thought I would try a ""dry"" cleaning company. I can honestly say I will never go back. Miguel at Carpet Dryclean was totally professional, polite and ON TIME! A rarity nowadays. He showed me how the process works, and explained everything he was about to do. It was quick, it's organic, and it's dry! We were able to walk on the carpets and let the pets back in before his truck left the driveway. I wish I had known about this technique years ago! My carpets look great-thanks Miguel! Susan77 more

Miguel called ahead and then arrived on time. I had some additional spaces for him to clean and he was able to take care of them for me. I had several stains that that had been around for over a year which Miguel was able to remove. Miguel was very friendly, professional and informative, he went the extra mile to ensure the job was done right and I was happy. Fantastic Job! more

Ferdi and Dan came when they said they would, worked efficiently and quietly, managed to remove a tricky water stain. There was no real drying time needed and little perfume, important to me. more

Great job and excellent service 10/26/2010

First time have carpets cleaned as a new home owner and was skeptical it would not be worth the $$, but it definatly was. Not only was the carpets clean, fresh and super soft..Polo, the guy that came was the nicest most helpful guy. He explained everything about maintaining the carpets and keeping stains from coming back. \r Very pleased, got a price quote for the rest of the house and will definatly be using them again. =) more

Oct 21, 2010 Nicole in Wake Forest says...\r \r Carpet DryClean was awesome. I am so happy with the results that I got using them. The carpet looks brand new and smells wonderful and we have 3 dogs. The carpet tech's Ferdi and Dan were professional and did an amazing job with the carpets. They took out spots that I thought would never come out. I will continue using them every 6 months and recommend them to anyone who wants their carpets to look brand new again. Thanks Ferdi and Dan you guys did a great job. Awesome carpet cleaning - and it was DRY! 10/20/2010

What a great experience! Terry was very friendly, thorough, honest & efficient with his walk through & cleaning. The carpets look & smell so much better....the stains that I thought were going to be a part of the house forever are gone & he was sure to take time & effort in getting our problem area cleaned. And I LOVE the cleaning solution that is left for us to use! The kids all came home from school today and THEY even noticed the difference! That's huge! Plus, he noticed we were Hawkeye fans...now if he only would've had a little more confidence in us this coming weekend against Wisconsin! ;o) Thanks for the great work - you definitely have my recommendation! more
