THEY WERE FABOULOUS FROM THE MOMENT THEY GOT HERE TO SEE WHAT I NEEDED DONE WHAT SPOTS AND HEAVY SOILED AREAS NEEDED TO BE TENDED TO WITHOUT THE ECXTRA CHARGE YOU GET FROM SOME OF THE COMPETITION. IT REALLY WAS SERVICE FROM BEGINNING TO END. I HAVE ALREADY CALLED AND RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY AND CREW TO FRIENDS OF MINE WHO WERE LOOKING TO GET THERE CARPETS DONE. I have wanted to get my carpets cleaned for a while and heard about ""zero res"". I saw Carpet Dryclean website and was very impressed. I had called early in the morning and was pleasantly surprised that an appointment could be made that afternoon. The two gentlemen that arrived, Elmer and Ramon was very cordial and did outstanding work. Both men were very respectful and were willing to answer any question I had. The carpets came out great at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended ! more

Polo did a great job cleaning my carpet. the carpet look new. He has a wonderful personality. I will definitley use this method again.. I highly recommend Polo to do the job and get your carpet dry clean. you can walk on it and do not have to wait for the carpet to dry. There is no water used in this method of having your carpet cleaned. This was my second time having carpet dry cleaned. Any stains that I had are gone. I will definitely use them again more

This is my first experience using Carpet Dryclean to clean our retail store carpet. Our Sleep To Live store has high traffic in a small area and the walk paths build up dirt in a short amount of time. Victor and his crew arrived as scheduled, did a fantastic job, and left the store before opening. The process left the carpet clean and fresh smelling. Yes, I absolutely will use them again. \r \r We have used Carpet Dryclean before for our store bed cleaning and Victor has also done a good job on these products. more

After arriving, they demonstrated their process with no pressure to proceed and measured the room charging only for the space that they actually cleaned. Victor was an excellent ""take charge"" foreman; and Eloy and Jose worked hard and were very professional. Our very old carpet is clean and smells great. more

My experience with Carpet Dryclean was really amazing. They arrived on time,went right to work and finished with a terrific looking carpet. This carpet is white and is used in the dining room where food stains from many accidents occured. Elmer and Ramon did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them! more

Fast, friendly staff. Very thorough and neat. Arrived when they promised. We had family room, hallway, 2 bedrooms, plus 2 area rugs cleaned. The whole process took about an hour and a half. We paid a lot more than for Stanley but the results were much better.\r They also use a dry compound so walking on the carpets immediately after cleaning was possible. more

After months of putting up with brown carpets (suppose to be off-white) from the dog bringing in evidence from lying in the dirt all day, we searched Angie's List for a carpet cleaner. Based on the reviews, we decided to give CarpetDryClean a call. They were able to come out the next day so I took off work early to meet them. They said they would be there b/w 2-4pm. Around 2:30, I called to make sure they were still coming. They put me on hold and called the technician and found out they were running late from the previous job. I told them no problem. 2 minutes later, I got a call from the owner apologizing and asking if I received a call letting me know they would be later than expected. I said no and he assured me this was not their normal operating procedure. I told him how much I appreciated his followup communication and understand that these things happen. A little while later, Ferdie and Carlo should up, measure the carpet area, explain the process, quote a price, and get straight to work. First they treated a really badly stained area to show me the results. Amazing! Carpet looked like new again. They continued with the rest of the house as I went around ahead of them exposing as much carpet as possible. They moved most furniture and we were very pleased with the final result. A little pricier than steam cleaning, but we didn't have to wait for the carpet to dry and it includes disinfectant, which is usually extra with steam cleaning. I would highly recommend CarpetDryClean! more

Job done 9-10-10\r Terry arrived promptly on time. He ""frisked"" the house for pre-prep and set right to work. A congenial, likeable \r guy, he was serious, focused, and thorough.\r The job was done in the promised time, efficiently and effectively. The results were excellent, and we were pleased to have a ""nearly new"" carpet.\r I would recommend Terry any day of the week, any hour of the day.\r He did this job of cleanning the carpet in a 2BR 1870SQFT, 27yr old residence(with dog experience). Carpet Dryclean worked wonders on our white carpet that had been grimed up by our new puppy. I called this morning to have the carpet in my office cleaned, and the folks at Carpet DryClean were able to schedule me the same day. Mr. Miguel Polo showed up at the scheduled time and provided a qoute that was lower than the estimate I was given over the phone. Before he began his work, he thoroughly explained what he would do, and removed one of the more noticeable stains as a demonstration. He was completely done in no time and was pleasant and courteous the entire time. I strongly recommend Carpet DryClean to anyone who needs their carpet cleaned, and be sure to ask for Polo!! more

We are pet owners, and one of our cats has recently become ill and has begun to urinate on our white carpets. I never really thought much about carpet cleaning in the past, but we knew we had to hire someone to eliminate the smell. After searching on google and reading all the amazing reviews for Carpet Dryclean, Inc., I knew who to call. They are open after business hours, which was one great bonus about this company. They are pretty cheap too, but I would have paid even more for this great of a service. Miguel Polo came at 5:30, and had finished within an hour and a half. He is SO quick yet thorough. He is SO friendly and we will certainly be requesting him again. Also, we will be recommending him to our friends and family. Our house SMELLS AMAZING and LOOKS AMAZING!!! Called to get a set in orange soda stain removed. Miguel showed up promptly and got to work. I had him work on the stain and clean the rest of the carpet. Unfortunately the stain was too set in to remove totally. The good news is the rest of the living room is quite clean! I would use these folks again. more

""Marco Polo"" is the MAN!!!\r \r We have white carpet in our home, and there had been many spills from children being around. I tried another product to get up the spotting - even though I had the refilled bucket of cleaner from your company. A friend recommended I try a popular carpet cleaner. After all the scrubbing, I really caused a mess. A friend gave me a referral card for Carpet DryClean, and specifically recommended Polo (last name). The quote was pretty close to the actual cost. Polo called in advance to let me know when he'd arrive, arrived on time, was personable, professional, and took the time to explain how he works, where he would start and finish, and what the product is that he uses. After a guick tour of the rooms to be drycleaned, he demonstrated how his product works on some spots that I had tried to remove - unsuccessfully - since moving in. They disappeared immediately. That sold me. His work ethic is terrific. He worked efficiently and effectively and was thoroughly professional. All I can say is, ""Wow."" Polo did a terrific job. The carpet looks new.
