We've used a carpet cleaning service in the past, but weren't all that pleased with them. So we've been hesitant to hire anyone else to come in. Fast forward to this past weekend when a guest tracked a bit of dog poo into our living room. We have a six-month-old, so having a clean carpet is a must. We were referred to Carpet Dryclean, and gave them a call. We loved the fact that the products they use are green and safe for pets and children. The person they sent was amiable, considerate, and fast. He made short work of the three rooms and stairs we had him clean. And to top it all off, the price we were charged was way less than what we paid the other service for just one bedroom and stairs. When my wife saw our stairs, which were without doubt the most worn of our carpeted areas, she was amazed by the transformation. We'll definitely use Carpet Dryclean again, and gladly refer them to others. Five stars all the way. Five stars all the way. more

I wish you could have seen how bad our carpet looked before ""Elmer"" started. There was another guy but I did not get his name. We have 3 kids and I am 39 weeks pregnant so I am nesting and I want everything clean and in its own place. When I say this place looks spotless I mean it! I am ex-military so I pay attention to detail and they were WONDERFUL! We walked back through over the carpet and he touched up a few spots as I asked just to make sure. It was an Excellent job and I am very pleased. So, pleased to the poin that I am writing this review 7 minutes after they left. Now, I am not being nice I am giving credit were credit is due. I am 39 weeks pregnant, ex-military, and an ICU RN, you know I would not say I am HAPPY unless I am. I know my husband is happy they came through!!!!! The place is just perfect to bring my new lil one home when she gets here!!! more

These people understand good customer service. They set up the appointment and were early. They went right to work and did a great job. Price was fair; followed up to make sure we happy. I would recommend them to any one needing carpets cleaned for the holidays, more

We had Carpet DryClean come out to clean our carpets before the holidays. The heavy traffic area was very very very dirty! \r \r The first time out Miguel Polo did a good job, but we noticed that this area had a spot that did not come clean.\r \r I called & Miguel came back out. Within 10 mins he reworked the area & now it's clean!\r \r It says a lot about Miguel's commitment to customer satisfaction & his love for his work! He wants people to be happy!\r \r We are! We tried Carpet DryClean over 15 years ago and will never use another carpet cleaning company. It had been 3 years since they last cleaned our carpet ""much too long"". Miguel Polo was on time, very professional and did a great job. There were stains that I did not expect to come out that did. Just had my carpet cleaned by Carpet Dryclean and I am totally happy with the results. Carlo and Joe arrived, on time, and got immediately to work. Less than an hour later my carpet looks and smells so fresh. I had the living room/dining room combination done along with my hall and bedroom. This included moving furniture and replacing it after the cleaning. I excluded moving the television system and bed and heavy dresser. Looks FAB! more

I am a repeat customer of Carpet Dryclean and have never once been disappointed! The company is very professional and curteous. Miguel Polo arrived at the beginning of the 30 minute window of time we had agreed upon. He described everything he was going to do including how he was going to take care of the pet stained/high traffic areas. When he was finished, we walked through the treated areas to ensure my satisfaction. When my friends need their carpets cleaned, I always recommend Carpet Dry Clean!! Miguel was great!! more

Victor and his crew arrived to clean the light beige carpet on a foreclosed townhouse that I recently purchased for investment purposes. The carpet was so dirty on the stairs that I was anticipating having to replace the carpet. Once again they performed miraciles... The carpet looks brand new and is absolutely perfect. All the spots are gon!\r \r I routinely use Carpet Dryclean on 2 other residences that I own and I have never been disappointed. The crews that arrive to clean the carpet are always pleasant, fast and very professional. The best part is that their process does not leave the carpet wet and everything smells clean and fresh when they finish. I highly reccomend Carpet dryclean and especially Victor and his crew! more

Carpet DryClean came to clean our carpets at noon on Thurs 11/18/10. Victor along with a crew of two others came right on time. In fact, he had called beforehand to see if they could come earlier, but we were still having our carpet re-stretched to remove some wrinkles. (Side Note: When I first called Carpet Dryclean I had asked about carpet stretching and Earl referred a contractor who did an exceptional job at a good price as well.)\r \r Victor and his crew were great. My wife and I were very impressed with their level of customer service, professionalism, and quality of work. They only charge for the square footage actually cleaned so if you don't want the bed moved for example then that area is not counted. We like the fact that the product they use is kid/pet friendly and that it sanitizes. This was especially important to us since we have two small children and another one on the way. Our carpet is off-white and hadn't been professionally cleaned since we moved into the house 4 years ago. So we had a lot of spots and stains. Afterwards, all of them were removed and the carpet looked brand new. It also had a fresh clean smell to it. In the past, we have steam cleaned professionally and on our own.The dry clean method produced much better results with greater ease and convenience. And no having to wait for the carpet to dry! The guys were very thorough, but also quick and efficient. Everything was completed in just under 2 hours. When they were done they made sure we inspected every inch and that we were completely satisfied before they left. Not to mention, within fifteen minutes of them leaving we got a follow-up call fom their front office making sure everything went well.\r \r Lastly, I also like the fact that they offer to leave some of their product with you to use on your own. We will be using Carpet DryClean again. Happy to recommend these guys....call them.....what they offer is well worth it! more

I called Carpet Dry Clean one morning and they were at my house a few hours later! Victor and his crew were great. They were able to get all the stains out and the carpet looks like new. They worked quickly and were really nice and accomodating. The price was wonderful, too. I will reccomend them to everyone! more

Great job Terry!! Carpet is dry and no need to wait to walk on it. We have a dog and no matter how hard you try, the carpet still gets dirty. Carpet Dry clean takes out stains and odors in a short time with no waiting. Would recommend to everyone.!! more

I had this company clean an area rug and a couch. I am very happy with results! I saw how much dirt came out of the rug and the couch -- they look and feel great now. I thought that the price for the rug was reasonable ($36) but that the price for the couch was expensive ($100). It appeared that the technician just rubbed a cloth with some type of cleaning solution over the couch. While it looks good, I think that I would have preferred to do it myself to save the money. Otherwise, this company was great. They were able to come the day after I called, and they called to see if they could even come a few minutes early (which I gladly welcomed). The technician was very nice. The company called soon after the technician left to confirm that I was satisfied with the service. (They also offer a $10 rebate to leave a review here!) more

We are repeat customers. We have Berber carpet and need to have a type of cleaning other than steam. The process that Carpet Dryclean uses fulfills our requirements for this carpet. The technicians are friendly and very accommodating. This time in particular we took advantage of their furniture moving service. After a recommendation, I decided to give Carpet Dry Clean a try. We were very impressed with the results. Victor and his crew were great! It only took a little over an hour and I had 700 sq feet of carpet cleaned! We will definitely take them up on the repeat customer discount -- I am putting my steam cleaner away! more
