Elmer and Ramon provided superb service today. They were courteous, friendly and very efficient. They knew I was under a time constraint so they got right to work, and worked hard! The carpet looks and smells 100 % better. We have a large, loving dog who leaves evidence of his sleeping spot in the master bedroom. Elmer focused on that particular spot and the evidence is gone. Some other pet stains are also completely gone. We are very impressed by the quality of the work! Plus the cost is so reasonable that this is one home maintenance job we are happy to take care of. Victor and his team made carpet look new again!! 10/19/2010

Victor and his team did a great job cleaning my carpets today. I run a small daycare and have a inside dog so our carpets looked awful!! I was worried they would not be able to clean the stains out. After they had finished cleaning my carpets they looked NEW again!! I'm so happy about this because replacing the carpets would have cost us too much money. Victor had great communication skills and explained everything before hand then did a spot check on carpet to show how clean it can get. He also threw in a free spot clean in another room. AND showed up on time, even a little early. Would recommend this company!! I should have done a before and after because results where that good. Thanks!! more

Elmer & Ramon cleaned some of my carpeted rooms just this morning. They worked well together and finished quickly. I have been using Carpet Dryclean for a number of years and will continue to do so. more

These people were proficient,ontime,knew what they were doing and friendly and I will have them back again!\r I especially like the product and method they used. It was a ""dry"" chemical and did not WET my carpets and underlayment like other systems. The carpet appears to be clean. Victor, they lead person was very good at what he did. more

Carpet DryClean was recommended to me. From the start, I was impressed that they gave me a 30 minute window (vs a 2 or 4 hour window) arrival time. So from the start, Terry arrived right on time & actually a couple of minutes early. He quickly walked through and provided an estimate. The results were great with no wet carpets afterwards. Lastly, he completed the work within the estimated timeframe. I will use them again & recommend them to others. more

Great service, good results 10/14/2010

I called these guys one morning and said I need carpet cleaning ASAP, they had someone out within two hours. There was a large black stain on the rug in a bedroom. The dry cleaning didn't get it out completely, but it lightened it to a point of satisfaction. I don't think the stain could have been removed completely by any other treatment either. more

I was extremely happy with the quality job that was done. They were quick and effecient. They even came an hour prior to the scheduled time, so I didn't need to wait all day. My carpets look and smell great and it's wonderful to be able to walk on them immediately. I will definetly be calling them again and would highly recommend them to anyone.\r Thanks more

From the time I called to make the appointment, my entire experience with Carpet Dryclean was nothing but positive. I was able to get an appointment soon and on the exact day I wanted it. On the day of the cleaning, Ferdi was the technician, and he was wonderful to work with--friendly and professional. I have a large, very hairy dog, and Ferdi cleaned my rugs thoroughly and beautifully, and they smelled so good! I highly recommend Carpet Dryclean. more

Great Job & Service by Technician 10/12/2010

This is my 1st time using this service and it was a great experience. The technician Miguel Polo was excellent, very personable and helpful. He answered every questiion we had and is great at what he does. The cleaning product that is used is kid friendly which is very important to us and is dry quicker than you can blink. There was no bad odor after he was done and he took a good amount of time providing the service. This service is well worth the cost! more

Best Carpet Cleaner Ever 10/11/2010

This is my 3rd time (or is it 4th?) that I've used Carpet DryClean, Inc. I wouldn't use anyone else. We've had the toughest of toughest stains and they get them out every time. No ""drying time"". Safe for animals and children -- there is no other cleaning service to use for getting your carpets cleaned -- really. This is the place. Curtious and gracious staff - they come whenever your want them. I've never had to worry about them being on them. They're really just wonderful. more

We had some spots that were probably 5 plus years old in our carpet and they were able to clean them and they are barely visible unless you get on the floor. The carpet feels and looks GREAT ! Would recommend them to everyone I know ! more

Finally a clean carpet! 10/10/2010

This was our first time carpet cleaning in this house and so I looked online for reviews and recommendations. Carpet DryClean explained online why they feel their product was superior and the importance of DRY cleaning the carpet, as opposed to using water or steam. My wife and I agree that the carpet looks really clean now. The price they estimated over the phone was very close (actually higher) to that of the one they quoted after measuring the rooms. Service was fast and professional. Thank you for the great work Elmer and Ramon. more
