Never cease to amaze me! Though it’s been all of two years due to unforeseen circumstances, Polo walked in (beat me to the house in fact) was efficient, professional, and very at ease with the task at hand (which proved to me again he must really appreciate and care about the product as well as job he was there for!!)\r Polo walked out and almost like new carpet…(to no fault of my own….Oxyclean really isn’t my friend….my bucket of Dryclean is!!) I have never had the Dryclean done before and was given the Carpet Dryclean, Inc name by a friend. I was very happy with the results, the team ""Victor"" did a fantastic, professional job. I would highly recommend them. We had both carpeting cleaned and 3 wool rugs. Very friendly helpful group of guys, and got the job done efficiently. Would definately recommend! more

i helped my daughter move her stuff from Miami to Chapel Hill. She had sublet her Miami apartment and we were afraid that we would have to get rid of it. In the process of moving in we had lots of errands and things to do, but I was mainly worried about the cat hair so we called carpet dryclean and they made the appointment for that day. Miguel called my cell phone to someone that had a cat. The sofa was full of cat hairs 20 minutes before he arrived and we hurried to get there, driving in just seconds before Miguel. Guess what, we were locked out! Miguel did a very good job of checking all our windows, doors, back fence, everything. He stayed until someone opened the door for us and then proceeded to do a very careful job of cleaning our sofa and rug. we also bought cleaning product for dog urine as she has two puppies. We like to think they are trained but that night one had an accident and we used the stuff and it absorbed a lot of moisture...worked vrery well.. Plus a friend spent the night and slept on the sofa and she never knew a cat had been on it for a year. We looked, we couldn't find any cat hairs. We are very impressed with Miguel. He did us right. more

Ferdi cleaned our carpets which had some very serious dog stains on it! The stains did not come out completely, but I don't think it was possible! They had sat for too long and were very bad. But the carpet looked MUCH better. He also cleaned some rugs for us that looked fantastic! Ferdi also helped me understand how to get to stains right away and sold me the cleaning product that you use. Would certainly recommend carpet dryclean! more

Ferdi came to our home at the appointed time and quietly went about cleaning our carpets better than they have been done before. I was especially pleased with his treatment of our room size oriental rug. Previously we have had to roll this up and pay to have someone pick it up, wash it off-site, and charge yet again for delivering it. It's nice to know that we can call on Ferdi and Carpet Dryclean for excellent service without upsetting our day. more

I found Carpet Dryclean when Miguel Polo was cleaning my neighbor's carpet. I got his card and scheduled an appointment. He starts with a demonstration and I was sold! I have 15 year old white carpeting and cats! My carpet honestly looks new. Miguel also told me that my carpet would be dry within 15 minutes after being cleaned, which I didn't really believe. It was dry sooner than that. He was great, the customer service through Preston was unlike any other company I have worked with in the last month (I have just finished a complete kitchen renovation). I will be getting my carpet cleaned by Carpet Dryclean every year. more

He has a great interest in pleasing his customers.\r \r He cleaned all the rugs requested very thoroughly and added a special touch.
