Chalk up another excellent review. Your employee, Miguel Polo, showed up early and actually apologized for it. Never a bad thing in my book. I told him that was quite alright. Very polite and respectful. Explained every aspect of the procedure, what the product was, and how it works. The difference in my carpet is night and day. Thanks for a great job Miguel!
