What a great experience! Terry was very friendly, thorough, honest & efficient with his walk through & cleaning. The carpets look & smell so much better....the stains that I thought were going to be a part of the house forever are gone & he was sure to take time & effort in getting our problem area cleaned. And I LOVE the cleaning solution that is left for us to use! The kids all came home from school today and THEY even noticed the difference! That's huge! Plus, he noticed we were Hawkeye fans...now if he only would've had a little more confidence in us this coming weekend against Wisconsin! ;o) Thanks for the great work - you definitely have my recommendation!
