First time have carpets cleaned as a new home owner and was skeptical it would not be worth the $$, but it definatly was. Not only was the carpets clean, fresh and super soft..Polo, the guy that came was the nicest most helpful guy. He explained everything about maintaining the carpets and keeping stains from coming back. \r
Very pleased, got a price quote for the rest of the house and will definatly be using them again. =)
