After the 4th day and about 4 total hours of working with a salesperson, he completely forgot who I was the morning I went in to sit down and discuss buying a truck. I was also repeatedly told that everyone would work with me to get me into the truck that I wanted. So . . . after being forgot, when I made my offer on a truck, I was told to go home and keep shopping. I didn't lowball, I started at KBB! Not one counter offer. I was simply told to go home, salesman nowhere to be found.
If you're looking for a Toyota dealership to go to, head up to Toyota of Lake City. They will literally go out of the way to help you out.
