I brought my vehicle in to have the oil changed. When I got it back 4 hours later, it had an extra 23 miles on the odometer, a cracked windshield, and several deep scratches in the passenger side fenders and door. A friend saw my vehicle being driven by two strangers (it has personalized plates) in the nearby town of White Center during that time and called me on my cell phone. Burien Toyota denied any wrong doing and refused to pay for the damages.
Cons: Very disreputable on many facets
