Brock arrived on time and conducted a very thorough investigation of the possible source of water that had passed through the kitchen and into the garage on the floor below. After a number of procedures, a number of potential sources of the water were excluded, but no specific site of the leak was identified. Therefore Brock suggested that we watch and report any sign of further leaking. I was most satisfied with the thoroughness and careful approach. more

called Bishop and they came the next morning . Very friendly and quick. The plumber was skilled and fixed my problem and cleaned up and was gone in less than 2 hours. more

MAJOR MAJOR RIPOFF!!!!!! 11/7/2011

I had a simple pin leak in my water heater pipe that takes 5 minutes to fix and they wanted $553 and said it's because they price by the job and not the hour. I would rather have by the hour. Even if I paid somebody $200/hr it would be cheaper. Then they wanted to replace the water heater and were quoting me outragious prices for that. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!! I will never call them again!!!!! more
