Brock arrived on time and conducted a very thorough investigation of the possible source of water that had passed through the kitchen and into the garage on the floor below. After a number of procedures, a number of potential sources of the water were excluded, but no specific site of the leak was identified. Therefore Brock suggested that we watch and report any sign of further leaking.
I was most satisfied with the thoroughness and careful approach.
