Dan was not on time between the scheduled 9an and noon. He arrived closer to 1pm. He was friendly and professional. I was surprised by the diagnostic charge but he explained it clearly. He showed me his standard price book and estimated charges. He was courteous throughout. Repair was to my satisfaction. His helper was informative and answered several questions. They showed me what they did. I am completely satisfied. more

Bishop Plumbing was my savior at 2:00 in the morning when the basment was flooding because of a non working sump pump. The dispatcher was courteous. The plumber arrived within the hour and demonstrated that the sump pump was completely shot and then installed a high quality pump. He worked hard, was here at lest 2 hours and explained everything with detail. Thank you Bishop Plumbing. A little pricey, but at 2am? more
