Dan was not on time between the scheduled 9an and noon. He arrived closer to 1pm. He was friendly and professional. I was surprised by the diagnostic charge but he explained it clearly. He showed me his standard price book and estimated charges. He was courteous throughout. Repair was to my satisfaction. His helper was informative and answered several questions. They showed me what they did. I am completely satisfied.
