Called this morning when I discovered my toilet was not flushing. Cormac came in the early afternoon and let me know my options. I chose to have a new toilet installed since the one I had was quite old. He was very courteous and professional and there was no mess. Finished within a reasonable amount of time. Good job. more

The guy wore shoe covers in my house so he didn't track dirt. He also spent a little time educating me in what I should not put down the drain, which is important so that I can prevent this from happening again. He was very polite and courteous. more
