Bishop plumbing is a huge rip off. They charged us $349 to diagnose that the motor on our hot water heater was burned. They were asking for over $1500 to replace the motor, which was still under warranty in addition to the $349 diagnostic fee. All in all a $2000 repair for a water heater that would cost almost as much to replace. When we asked to be given a few minutes to think through our decision, their very rude manager Gina said that we had to pay the plumber immediately for his services (which I was doing while being yelled at by her) and the plumber had to leave and that he had been there too long already. That he could come another day if we wanted to continue the work. The plumber left with the photos that he took and I have not been able to get them yet to submit for my warranty claim. So we were left without hot water for 2 days I will never call Bishop again for anything thing.
