Review content:
Pho 79 has become something of an obsession among my co-workers. If you haven’t had Pho, go there. Try it. “Pho” means “noodles,” and this Vietnamese specialty is all about the noodles. In its pure form, it’s an egg noodle bowl topped with thinly sliced beef and a handful of green leafy vegetables, though you can order pho with chicken or pork, and you can substitute rice noodles.
The restaurant’s atmosphere and service is nothing to speak of – fairly average. Go, however, for the pho.
