As far as Tasting Menus go this one beats all. Chef Ian Kleinman's approach to food takes on this almost childlike guilelessness...and bam! you're overwhelmed by this power of flavors and textures you can't get enough of because they're so new and different...not to mention delicious!! This is a man who exudes a true love and appreciation for his craft and a staff who demonstrate much of the same. A Colorado treasure!
Pros: Stellar food and service
Cons: I can't think of one!

90% of my job is travel ALL over the country. I always make it a point to eat whatever the area I am in is famous for. When in Texas, TexMex, When in Oklahoma, Steak, When in Alabama BBQ, When in NY, always get pizza at least once. This pizza is hands down 100% NY pizza. It is excellent, to the point it is addictive. For 2008/2009 it was voted peoples choice #1 Pizza in Denver.
Pros: Excellent food consistently.
Cons: NY attitude seems to throw off the midwestern style folk in Colorado

People line up around the corner on Friday nights for tables, but don't be discouraged. They cycle people in and out at an amazing pace, so if you have about 45 minutes to eat until the kids get restless, this is the place to go. On Tuesdays, go for the mariachi band

This place has the best Chinese food i have ever had in my life. Their beef and broccoli is amazing and so is their hot and sour soup. Try the long island ice teas they are amazing with a sweet twist. It has been voted best Chinese in town for a quiet a few years.

So im kinda new to this thing, but i felt that i should write about my experience at Hibachi. Im definatly a sushi afficionado and absolutly loved all the sushi i ordered. It was really fast and prompt and friendly down there. I was especially impressed with the bartender, well i did sit at the bar. The drinks were excellent and he was extremely friendly and helpful. Adding to the whole Experience, great sushi and great atmosphere and of course drinks. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone, even if its a bit pricey its worth it. Cheers!
Pros: Bartender
Cons: A little pricey

I'm from Texas and find that the Mexican restaurants in this area are usually sadly lacking. Three Margaritas is not the case. The food is good and the service is great. The entrees, chips, and salsa is good. However, they like to smother things in TONS of cheese, which is gross. Their meat in the tacos also tastes like it's from Taco Bell. (So don't expect anything too gourmet.) However, most of the food is quite good. I go here all of the time and would recommend it over any other Mexican restaurant in the Boulder/Louisville area.
Pros: Good food, good service, cheap
Cons: Kinda greasy, Band night is REALLY loud

My wife and I had the culinary experience of a lifetime. We sat at the pasta bar and and were promptly greeted by our waiter who gracefully led us through the menu. The customer service he provided was fantastic. We split a bottle of Chianti, had Calamari Ricardo for an appitizer, and split the Linguine Pescatore. The calamari, shrimp, scallops and mussels were perfectly perpared. The wine was even presented to us by the owner of the restruant. We will definately return with family and friends.
Pros: friendly and helpful staff, great menu, good wine
Cons: the parking lot wasn't plowed well, but which parking lot was?
