Upon arrival we proceeded to check-in. We waited 15 minutes in order for them to find a room. We made a reservation for a king size bed/ resort room which they say they don't guarantee but don't advertise that either. We were placed in a room with 2 double beds although the customers next to us were receiving a king bed room. We proceeded to the room and when we went to leave, it took 13 minutes for an elevator to reach our floor. We were on the 3rd floor. There was no stairwell that allowed us access to the main lobby. That night when we returned to our room we had the pleasure of being attached to a room (the rooms were attached by a common door) with a screaming child. After many hours of patience, we called the front desk. They told us there was nothing that they could do. At 2 am, we called again and they sent security up to the room. The crying ended about 3 am. Once again when we tried to check out the elevator took 15 minutes to get to our floor. It was not worth the couple of
