I joined BTKD in 2000 seriously out of shape both physically and mentally. I learned self-confidence and self-respect and even achieved my first degree black belt. I did most of my training directly under Master Montrond. He was wonderful. He has a true passion for the Martial Arts and loves what he does, and it shows. He helps to bring out the best in each and every student. He has a great team of instructors under him as well. They help you to better yourself mentally, physically and spiritually. You get the whole package there. I was able to rise above my raising and reach for the top. Master Montrond taught me ""to develop myself in a positive manner, and to avoid anything that would reduce my mental growth or my physical health"". I have found true peace within because of my training at BTKD. It is a great place and I highly recommend them. I have since moved out of state, but will be forever indebted to Master Montrond. Thank you, Sir!!
