Review content:
We were redoing our 3 original 1962 bathrooms and needed help with tile. Tile Showcase (and Rene') were recommended to us by our Plumbing store, and with good reason. She listened and looked at the pictures of what we like, and worked with our budget. We wanted transitional, we got transitional. It totally updates the bathrooms in a cool, spa-like way. They have a great showroom, it can be overwhelming even, it is so diverse, so she pointed out things and helped us focus. She is a designer, and we really benefitted from her knowledge. She also was not pushy, and worked through all our questions. Making an appointment is essential at Tile Showcase. Weekdays are better. Our only surprise came when 3 boxes of tiles could not be returned to the store, they were special order (as everything we had ordered). We learned that even though their staff makes the calculations of how much we will need, if there is a surplus of tiles, we have to keep them, no reimbursement, partial credit only I believe.
