I am researching cameras because I am getting heavier into photography. I wanted to buy from an actual camera shop instead of Best Buy. I am probably going to spend around $1500. I have been doing research online and had some questions for them, because I am not very experienced with camera equipment. I have been to Christian Photo a few times lately to ask them questions. I have been in retail and other types of sales most of my adult life and would never think about treating my customers the way that they have treated me. I felt like I was bothering them. The people that have helped me would constantly look away from me, like they had better things to do. You feel like they don't want to talk to you unless you know what you want and are spending a certain amount of money. They have made many snide remarks. When they recommend something, they don't explain why they are recommending it. They want you to buy what they recommend and not ask many questions. One day that I went in, the manager actually said to me "I thought that we already took care of you the other day" , as if he did not want to see me again. I am not going to go into everything that has been said, but I actually had to say to them the other day that I am not trying to argue, I am just asking questions. I have been there 3 times lately and felt that they were rude each time. After the last time I was in there I decided to check out reviews of their business online, just to find many other people complaining about the same things that I have experienced. I will NOT be buying a camera from them.
