Was dealing with Stevens Creek ATC - told me that they were sold out and backordered on the Yoko's but to pay a deposit (got it down to $50) - never called me back 2-3 months later. I called ATC in MV and dealt with the manager "Mike" - SUPER FAST service. Got them shipped in 3 days later I had new tires on my car. Great service. Putting them on took a little longer than promised (15 minutes over) but they were slammed that day - so it was okay. \r

Just read the review about the warranties (which I paid for) so hopefully I won't have to deal with that nightmare if it ever comes up in the future. My recommendation is to deal with a manager - or to try a different ATC store all together.
