this guys are AWESOME! i took my car to BEST BUY earlier today and they couln't get the ipod working on my car. thank god i drove by evolution audio( i didn't even know they were there) and had them check/rewire my Ipod adaptor. took the installer like 30 minutes! he really knows what his doing. he even installed my display and made everything look clean and hid the wires. I would definetly go back to this place next time i need something done in my car. JUST PERFECT!
Pros: parking,same day install, customer service, prices
Cons: cant complain

Was dealing with Stevens Creek ATC - told me that they were sold out and backordered on the Yoko's but to pay a deposit (got it down to $50) - never called me back 2-3 months later. I called ATC in MV and dealt with the manager Mike - SUPER FAST service. Got them shipped in 3 days later I had new tires on my car. Great service. Putting them on took a little longer than promised (15 minutes over) but they were slammed that day - so it was okay.
Just read the review about the warranties (which I paid for) so hopefully I won't have to deal with that nightmare if it ever comes up in the future. My recommendation is to deal with a manager - or to try a different ATC store all together.

Although they finally did get the job done, it was sort of a frustrating experience. not 100% their fault.
I had a flat tire and initially went to the company across the street with a big firestone sign. They had me waiting for 2 and a half hours, in which time I had no car, so my best option was to spend time in the lousy stores that are in san antonio shopping center. after 2.5hrs they told me they couldnt fix the tire and that a new tire would cost $240. Since I have a subaru wrx impreza and good tires are critical for the speeds i drive at, it was along the lines of what i thought i would have to pay.
however, at wheel works they quoted me $170. I insisted twice about what tires they were and he assured me they were the same ones.
they had to order the tires so i came back the next day, and of course it was not exactly the same tires. true, they were the same brand, size and tread, but they were for maximum speeds of 139mph while i previously had for 149mph. what frustrated me in the experience is that i had checked twice to make sure they were exactly the same.
in the end, i had to come back once again after they re-ordered the tires and ended up paying $230, still less than firestone but not worth the additional hassle of waiting.
overall however, i was satisfied with the experience. the service was cordial and professional throughout and they were ultimately the cheapest alternative.

I have been here many times because it is convenient. Each time I am diappointed by the lack of service. The folks there don't seem to care much. They don't inform you of mail-in rebates unless you ask, the make you wait while they have a chat. The last time I was in, I was looking for tire chains. THey told me Nobody in town has them now because it's way past season for them and looked at me like I was nuts. Just down the street at Napa, I got them and was told that even if they hadnt' had them in stock, they could order them and have them in 24 hrs. That's service!
