I have 2 small children and to even consider purchasing a car with the little monkeys running around on us I thought, we need to do it now or never! The interior is nice and clean, my salesperson Mike was young but knowledgeable and very friendly. There was no pressure , I would say from start to finish 1 hour, includes test drive and negotiations. It was very smooth and no slimy people, I thought a monster was going to come out of the closet from the reviews. I'm always for the underdog so thank you for my new car and a great experience!

First of all I would like to say that I am a vary paced buyer, I do not fall into all the hype or excitement of who??????s selling what at what price. My main focus was mainly on customer service and if the establishment is well managed. I was emotionally touched when I had met the sales team at Honda Of Oakland. All their staff and especially that Supervisor name Ray Kwan was extremely helpful, Listened to all my needs and tailored the right plan for my financial needs. As a savvy consumer, I didn??????t mention to the sales team that I have already shopped around and done all my homework on the best price. Without having to say too much they gave my the bottom line and it was surprisingly much lower than the other competitor like San Leandro, El Cerrito and Dublin Honda. Vary pleased with an outstanding job in listening to my needs and sold me a car without the hassle. I am highly recommending Honda of Oakland for a job well done. I felt like I was buying a Rolls Royce!

I bought a set of tires here on the recommendation of a friend, recently. They had the tires I needed (most local shops had to special order them), they did the job in less than an hour while I waited, they were pleasant and easy to work with. Done deal. Highly recommended.

The customer service here is really good. I once had to go check a smog test, which was the first time I had ever done it, so I had no idea what am I doing, but the workers there helped me out. They said there place didnt have smog TEST, but only had smog CHECK so they offfered me somewhere else in Oakland and gave me a referal with a discount. I also had to repair my brakes and they installed a new one and now my car is running smoothly.

My friend just bought an Acura TSX from the dealer ship and I was there to experience it. The dealer was a very high end dealer who seems to know everything about the product which is a huge plus since you would want the dealers to know everything. The dealer even offered a 1,000$ cash back and it was a good deal. There are many good cars to select from there awsome display! Recommended dealer!

i visited a month ago, and while they replaced my tire, they noticed a mistake the dealership had made in installing another one. they fixed this for no extra charge. i was in a rush and they were fast!
today i went for an oil change, and THEY REMEMBERED ME. asked me if i'd gotten to my appointment in time.
after being told to park my car, a big truck kept beeping at me to move it. i went up to the driver's window to explain why i wasn't moving, and he refused to stop beeping. the man at benson came out and said, "no one messes with my customers!" (he wasn't rude to the driver either, though).
i got a coupon from the dealership for an oil change, $29, and benson's regular price for same service is two bucks cheaper.

This place offers fast and reliable repiars and good prices. My mother comes here a lot and she recommended it to me and now I come here whenever I need help with my car. Once my brakes were start to get old and the replaced it with new ones in just a few hours. The worker and owner is very honest about what they do. Very Good!
