Although I would agree with previous ratings that Dr. Lynn demonstrated a good bedside manner and professionalism, she (and a couple of male techs) cannot singlehandedly counteract the damage that the rest of the staff has caused to the facility's reputation. There appears to be little communication between those at the front desk and the vets. Important test results are apparently lost or stored in an unorganized fashion. After spending a good part of a thousand dollars, one should be prepared to have to re-explain his or her animal's entire medical history to the techs, the next day, as they cannot be bothered to prepare or read the charts. One of the female tech's condescension was difficult to stomach, on more than one occasion.I was unimpressed with the ownership. My animal had to be euthanized only two weeks after receiving "treatment" and a clean bill of health from this vet.
