My husband and I just bought a brand new house and moved in June 2010. The house is only 6 months old and the main floor ac unit was not cooling down so that was one condition that was suppose to be repaired before we moved in. Well needless to say it was working for 2 days when we moved in and then stopped cooling. We had them out to fix it and now again it is Aug 5, 2010 and both of my units are out. Grrr What is wrong with this picture? Every time I have call I get the same lady and she is a handful to say the least to deal with. She thinks my children should be fine playing upstairs where it is 80 degrees...oh my lord really. It is Aug in Texas and the temps are over 100 degrees...Just fix the freaking problem so I don't have to deal with you people anymore. I am not pleased at all. Just watch I will be on here again in another month to repost that my units are out again. I would hate it deal with all this if I didn't my year warranty my units. So if your warranty is about to expir
