Weber's Inn is a hotel and restuarant. It would be considered fine dining,a nd they are known for thier prime rib. I ahven't slept in the hotel in years, but i belive the rooms are also very nice..just not cheap. They have a pool which is nice for kids. The restaurant also has a very cool bar area and they feature live music on the weekends. It gets quite a mix of people, from young to old out there dancing and having a good time!

I stayed at this hotel while visiting the UNiversity of Michigan. It is in an ideal location, right at the end of State Street, in the center of town. It is walking distance from tons of clothing stores, book stores, University stores, cafes, and restaurants. I HIGHLY recommend staying at this nice hotel.

We used the Bell Tower Hotel as ground zero for our wedding guests, and the staff and rooms were wonderful. The suites (both the two and one bedrooms) were large and comfortable. The breakfast was much better than a normal continental buffet. And they provided our honeymoon suite with a chilled bottle of very good champagne, two glasses and chocolates at no charge.
If you are attending an event on campus, this is the place to stay-- Walking distance to everything.

The room here was fairly small and the bed seemed a few decades old. My rooms bathroom looked out over a walkway and the window didn't seem to have any sort of insulation. I stayed here in January and when I woke up in the morning to go to the bathroom I thought I was going to get frostbite. The breakfast they provided was very satisfactory and the staff were very kind. I arrived at 2:30a.m. and they were able to insure that I got into my room. Would stay here again if for one or two nights and traveling alone.

My husband and I tried this place on a whim this summer. It is much pricier than we would normally spring for, but we thought we'd be adventurous. Service was a bit snooty and everyone in the place was wearing a suit. Our food was good, but not worth the price in my opinion. The satisfactory rating averages the good food with the downsides of atmosphere and price.

Rooms clean and comfortable, nothing fancy. Attached Big Boy is nice for breakfast. Plenty of parking. Pricing ok for Ann Arbor (usually 50+). Downside is outdoor entrance to each room & no continental breakfast.
Located right off Highway 23, north of I94. Near Ave Maria School of Law, Applebees, CVS, and across the street from a BP station.
PROS: Clean, good location, cheaper than many surrounding places.
CONS: Outdoor entrance to rooms, no free breakfast.

I'd attended art receptions and dance performances at the Guest Haus, and what I saw of the property at those times impressed me; the grounds and furnishings are lovely, and I always wanted to return for a stay. No longer!
About a month ago, my parents booked a room for my boyfriend and I, to celebrate my 32nd birthday and make his last visit to Ann Arbor (at the time of this incident, a long distance relationship) extra-special. The owner's reluctance to rent a room with a bathtub to "young couples... because [Vitosha has] had problems with all the splashing," despite my parents' repeated assertion we were adults, was slightly off-putting, but we were happy to receive a letter confirming our reservation a couple days later.
Last week, two days before our "confirmed" stay, the owner contacted my parents to say the room was no longer available, as its current guests had elected to stay an extra day. She never apologized for the inconvenience, but offered to relocate us "kids" to smaller rooms with inferior views (one in an upstairs corner which they normally kept closed and only used as their "overflow" room); one had two twin beds and the other lacked a private bathroom. She requested we reschedule, dismissing my parents' protests that this was the last day that my boyfriend and I would actually be in town at the same time. She offered no discounts for the inconvenience, and when my mother said her suggestions weren't good enough, the owner snapped, "Well, what do you want, [word banned by Citysearch]?," and hung up. She refused to pick up or return subsequent calls.
The following day, my parents were notified by e-mail that their reservation had been refunded, and that, "ironically, [they] had overlooked the sister room [to the one we'd reserved], which was available." Again, no apology.
Absolutely egregious - I can no longer suggest this place to anyone, and discourage everyone from even attending events there. They don't deserve any support.
Pros: lovely grounds and furnishings
Cons: stunningly rude and dismissive owner
